Another shocking example of how an Amazon FBA seller was let down by Amazon Seller Support. If you are thinking about starting an Amazon FBA business, you should be aware of how poorly Amazon supports sellers.

In this video, I share the story of how one of my products was hijacked by another seller and how I was repeatedly let down by seller support.

My Amazon FBA business is part of the Amazon Brand Registry so, in theory, other sellers should not be able to make alterations to my product listing. However, last week another Amazon seller changed the photos on one of my products to images of a completely unrelated product - this sabotaged my listing and cost sales and organic ranks.

There was no facility in Seller Central to remove these misleading photos so I reached out to Seller Support for help. They kept replying with cut and paste templated replies informing me that as the Brand owner that I would need to remove them myself. I explained multiple times that despite being the brand owner it was not possible to remove the photos, however, they just seemed to ignore what I was saying.

I felt as though they didn't actually read the full case and just replied based on certain keywords - it took 4 days to resolve an issue that should have been fixable in minutes!

Unfortunately, it is just one of many poor experiences that I have had since starting an Amazon FBA business and becoming an Amazon seller.
