Join me as I go over 10 Tips, Tricks and Hacks to help beat Summer Slowdown eBay Amazon 2021

#1 Take a day to look at your store.
Start with the basics.
- Ask yourself this.
- Are you listing consistently? If no, then there is where you start.
#2 - If you were to take a look at your listings, would you buy from YOU?
- What do your pictures look like?
- Try to use as many of the 12 picture places as you can.
#3 - Other than the pics Focus on the title and item specifics.
#4 - Do you lack the money to buy new inventory?
- Well if you already have a few hundred listings listed then chances are that if they are older listings, they are either not performing or could have been taken down by eBay altogether. I sell a lot of clothing and I try and go through my inventory once a year to see if my listings are all correct and I always find items that I have that are no longer listed for this reason or that. That is essentially new inventory.
#5 - This brings me to my next point, maybe your items aren't any good.
#6 This leads to my next point Pricing or OVER PRICING.
#7 Let's revisit taking a look at your store again. This time, take a look at your metrics. What does your feedback look like?
#8 Now lets Revisit having a lack of funds for new inventory. The free section on Facebook Marketplace is great and craigslist to a lower degree as well.
#9 Cross Listing: If you find that your items are not doing well on eBay you could try cross listing.
#10 If you have reached the end of this video then most likely you are spending too much time online. Now I'm not trying to lecture you, because I'm sure that I spend twice as much time online wasting time as you do, but lets be honest for a second, do you use your time efficiently? Personally I've tried to cut down on my screen time. I used to do a live morning show here on YouTube, but my buddy Leroy and I decided that we needed to work on our stores first and then maybe we could revisit YouTube later on, once things got better. It's not easy managing your time, especially if you have kids or a job or whatever other responsibilities you have. But the majority of YouTube videos, this one included, were probably a waste of your time.

With that said, I wish you all the best of luck and remember, Q4 is around the corner, so all the work you do now, will really help there.
