Since the start of COVID-19, Amazon has been imposing restrictions on the amount of inventory a seller can send into warehouses. Amazon recently implemented a change in their restrictions taking the ASIN-level US limits from the previous 200/SKU, to new account-wide restrictions.

Sellers now have a limit on the total amount of storage they are allowed based on their accounts. Each limit will be different depending on the account.
