Amazon FBA returns and refunds are one of the most confusing parts of being an Amazon Seller (kinda like Amazon sales tax). What exactly happens to Our Amazon FBA returned products? I'll cover exactly how fba returns are handled by Amazon and what to do when you get a customer return on Amazon. And what happens to an amazon damaged product return.
Do we get the FBA fees we paid refunded? What about the referral fee? And what happens if the customer never even returns the product at all? Or the customer returns the product damaged? I'll even cover what settings to turn on to get Amazon to "fix"returns sent back in - that are in really bad shape (refurbishment settings).

QUESTIONS I'LL COVER:
1. Do returns get put back into Our normal (new) Inventory stock?
2. Would Amazon ever destroy or Dispose of My product/ the return?
3. Can I have the products sent back to Me if they are “Unfulfillable”?
4. When a product is damaged by Amazon or the shipping carrier and gets returned by the customer - What happens to that returned product?
5. Do I get refunded the FBA fees for returns?
6. I see “Amazon Warehouse Deal” selling a used product on My Listing, Can Amazon do that? And who gets that money?
