How do I remove negative feedback from my seller account on Amazon FBA? I think that is a question a lot of new or novice Amazon sellers often ask themselves. It can be pretty frustrating when you receive a negative review on your account when you executed everything perfectly; I know I feel that way when it occurs to me. I work really hard to make sure everything is perfect; from the quality of my products to the packing and prepping. I make sure when I ship to Amazon that the products are boxed flawlessly. But once that box of products leaves my warehouse ANYTHING can happen. And when they get to Amazon's FBA fulfillment centers it's anyone's guess if the product will arrive to the customer as it left my hands. I wonder sometimes if my products end up traveling hundreds or thousands of miles before they reach the customer. If so it's a wonder that there isn't a high percentage of damaged items (my damage rate is 1%-2%).

When a customer receives a damaged item, like a glass jar, sometimes they think its the sellers fault and they really don't consider the entire logistics path that individual product took. They really don't know how to contact Amazon to get a refund(Amazon makes this a bit hard for the consumer to find this). So sometimes they leave a scathing negative review on my/your seller account.

When they leave a negative review it's important to expedite the removal of the review from your Amazon reseller account. Why is it important? Too many negative seller reviews can reduce your Buybox Percentage (reduce your sales) and potential get you shut down as a seller on Amazon.

We all want to be successful and grow as sellers, right? So it is important for you to know how to remove negative seller feedback and reviews from Amazon FBA.
