The pros are:
Can easily sell one account but keep others
Separate books if separate partners
If one account gets suspended, easier to keep things going
Can put certain employees in boxes to manage each account or even hire an agency for one account (hire us! haha)

Cons are:
multiple locations to check
harder to manage
power of bigger account helps all SEO so diminished whale potential across smaller accounts
