Hi friends, In this video I will be telling you about What is Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfillment by seller (merchant).

Fulfillment by Amazon : product is kept in Amazon warehouse when Amazon receives order, product is packed and get ready for shipping. All this is done by Amazon itself and get it delivered to the customer end. In this cas amazon will take care of Return and customer service as well.

Fulfillment by Merchant : In this case inventory is managed by seller. When seller receives an order then product is prepared and Get ready for shipping by seller. Return is also managed by seller.

Benefit of fulfillment by Amazon FBA :
Seller doesn't required to hold inventory in their house. They will be able to save warehouse cost. They are not required to pack the product. In this way he will be able to save his time in terms of packing shipping and return. In this way he will be able to focus on his business growth.
